Multi-Pet Discount (Boarded Together *)
*The multi-pet discount we offer is only if your pets are boarded in the same room.
*We get tons of push back on this and it is unsafe to feed them inside/outside. Too many hands back there to safely do this now.
Check-Ins & Check-Outs
1. Customers are allowed to drop off and pick up anytime during our lobby hours. Pick up between 1:00pm to 3:30pm is a half day charge, 3:30pm to close is a full day charge. No additional charges however for pets scheduled for baths or more, but not just for nail trims.
2. Pets not picked up prior to closing time will be considered overnight guests and be charged an additional night’s boarding stay. However, there are a few days throughout the year where we have to request earlier pick ups and later drop offs due to holiday rushes, but this only happens usually two or three days out of the year.
3. For security purposes, proper photo identification may be required to release any pet if not directly released to the owner.
